I have no idea how a movie such as this could receive ratings of 1. Which account for 10% of the total votes, obviously these people did not actually see the movie, and must have a hidden motive behind such a rating.

The only reason I gave it a rating of 7, and not the 4 I wanted to, was Roddy Macdowell's portrayal of Chiun.
The horrid death, which conveniently isn't shown to us for the sake of a PG-13 rating (yet more was shown in the previous movie, which was also rated PG-13), just happens to occur in Astoria, Oregon, the far and distant land where Rachel Keller (Naomi Watts) and her son Aidan (David Dorfman) have escaped to all the way from Seattle.
I'm also surprised that it has such a low rating, I was expecting it to be rated at least a 7. Ill give it an 8 out of 10.
But several months and several 100 movies later, a second viewing(why I wasted my time I don't know) warrants a lower rating.

I think the rating should have been R instead of NC-17.I have seen R rated movies much worse than this picture.Rent this movie right away!
