So if you have these problems with police officers with nonlethal weapons, what on earth would make you think it's going to be better with military personnel?
So I think yes, there may be ways that nonlethal
weapons
will be great in these situations, but there's also a whole heap of problems that need to be considered as well.
One of those small islands that was remote and impossible to get to was a site of Soviet biological
